Our story
Cognative Insights was founded to close a gap we kept seeing in Uganda: organisations being sold technology, not outcomes. We are a Ugandan company built by engineers and consultants who design for local realities and hold every delivery to one standard: still working, still maintainable, long after we leave.
How we work
A few principles guide every engagement we take on:
- Advice before invoices. We'd rather talk you out of a project than deliver one you don't need.
- Build for handover. Every system comes with the documentation and training to run it without us.
- Local first. Ugandan conditions like power, connectivity, and budgets are design inputs, not afterthoughts.
